The expression came to me as it often does with Holy Spirit, using a word that isn’t my regular vocabulary. I went at once to the definition of majestic: Impressive or beautiful in a dignified or inspiring way. Imposing grandeur, lofty, noble. Having qualities of splendor or royalty. And as I wrote, thinking about showcase: a setting in which someone or something may be displayed, especially to advantage.
I had texted these words to my friend:
God is using you mightily to bring His kingdom. What a majestic showcase of His pleasure in your go low (humility) and slow (His way not yours) and being bold in the place of wisdom and revelation that Holy Spirit brings!
And I felt this substantially as I pondered this Holy Spirit inspired expression. Oh Lord, how I long for this for your glory. I long to be your Majestic Showcase.
