My heart needed some truth this morning. I started to write the things I know and Holy Spirit is in the midst as my friend and counselor. Guiding. Loving. Leading. Gently. Hmmm. Man is not my judge – God is Humility breeds thankfulness Help brings praise Worry brings hope Faith brings BIG GOD Trouble brings testimony Testimony brings

I started my journaling time writing two words, swoozy woozy. This isn’t an expression I use or two words I’ve ever heard together or seen but it was where my journaling began on this morning. I recognize unusual to me words and phrases as places where the Holy Spirit is in me. And so began my conversation. Beth(B)

I was having a rough time. I needed to make some declarations and I started writing down the truth. Yes I believe Yes you are my God Yes you are the Creator of the Universe Yes the enemy has been defeated Yes I choose to believe the truth Yes I choose to turn away from the lies Yes

It came to me after spending Thanksgiving with my brother. He is tall and I am less tall. Later, I was out for a walk, which happens to be my very favorite prayer closet. What does that mean? It means walking is a favorite place for me to be with God. It is a time when God joins

I am convinced measures in the kingdom and the natural are very different. Often, little to us is big to God and big to us is little to God. Little blessing, little healing, little favor, little thing is really a big, big deal to God. And the big sin, the big offense, the big self, is all little

Our family had been on the homeschooling journey for years. Neither my husband nor I had experience with homeschooling when we felt led to look into the option. We had friends at church that were homeschooling their kids, and before we had our son we recognized there was something interesting and attractive to us about their schooling choice.

Often Holy Spirit gives me a scripture when I am not in my bible. When I journal I have my bible nearby but often start my “quiet” time by writing and unloading whatever is on my mind. When I “get” a scripture it can happen different ways. Sometimes it starts with just a number and then I get

I had been reading and rereading Psalm 23. I felt the Holy Spirit urging me to personalize the promises of the Psalm for me. I started to write down the truth for me that I was finding in Psalm 23.  Thank you, Lord, for your perfect plan. Thank you that you are taking care of us. Thank you
