Thank you, Lord, – show us your way in this – Thank you for your love and care and protection. Thank you for hope. Thank you for peace that surpasses understanding. Thank you for miracles and kisses. Thank you, Lord.
John 14:27 (TPT) “I leave the gift of peace with you – my peace. Not the kind of fragile peace given by the world, but my perfect peace. Don’t yield to fear or be troubled in your hearts – instead, be courageous!(Footnote: These are the same words Moses gave before he died and the words God spoke to Joshua as he entered into his life’s plan of taking the promised land for Israel.)
John 15:5 (TPT) “I am the sprouting vine and you’re my branches. As you live in union with me as your source, fruitfulness will stream from within you – but when you live separated from me you are powerless.
My prayer – living in union with Jesus as my source – fruitfulness will stream from within me. But when I live separated from Jesus, I am powerless.
Oh Lord – in any area I am powerless – Lord show me any places I am not in union with you.
Union with you = fruitfulness streaming from within.
Separation = powerless
Lord, I repent for any places of separation – in word, thought, action – my heart’s desire is union.
Embellish? (Definition: make something more attractive by addition of decorative details/statement. Story more interesting or entertaining by adding extra details, especially ones not true.)
Lord, I pray for your mastery over all in my life. I pray that you will have your way. I lay down any thought, word or action or belief that is not in union with you. Lord help me to be still and be with you. Help me to lay down any pride, arrogance, opinion, competition, comparison, anger, disunity, power from self, independence, Lord, at the cross. I lay down all of the former, any residual, any thing that hinders, disturbs or displaces unity. Lord, help me in all to see you. Help me embrace truth and let go of lies. Help me to love and not judge, pray and not perceive, rest and not measure, Lord – your way.
Union looks a lot like laying down self – letting go of flesh – shelving ideas, opinions, thoughts that contradict your word – any agreement with circumstances is agreement with a temporary truth which is not the truth – if it isn’t the truth it is a scheme, it is make believe, it is a lie. The truth is union = fruitfulness.
Peace, protection, care, love, mercy, grace, miracles, suddenlies, laptime, strength, power and Holy Spirit companionship in every moment of every day. That is the truth about union.
My opinion is rancid (offensive, smelling or tasting unpleasant as a result of being old and stale.) if it is not grounded in your truth. Lord help me to let go of any rancid ideology – any rotting plans or ideas, any old, labored way – help me sit in your truth – the new way, the new thing, the incredible, unbelievable, beyond my imagination only God way today Lord.
Your expression is so different – how you show yourself varies, not because you are different but because you are creative, and you want to be so unique for each of us. You are able to be you in us in so many varied ways and yet I AM never changes, is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow. Lord help me see you.
Help me.
Thank you, Lord, for your impeccable, perfect, delightful, miraculous, ostentatious, decidedly different and yet always remarkable way. Today – show me you again and again and again.

John 15:9-11 (TPT) “I love each of you with the same love that the Father loves me. You must continually let my love nourish your hearts. If you keep my commands, you will live in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands. For I continually live nourished and empowered by his love. My purpose for telling you these things is so that the joy that I experience will fill your hearts with overflowing gladness!”
Jesus says in John 15:10 “…I continually live nourished and empowered by his love”
I want to recognize that truth – I, Beth, continually live nourished and empowered by God’s love. That is powerful. That is abundance and fruitfulness. Continually. Always nourished (provide food or other substances necessary for growth, health and good condition.), fed, fully, overflowing, strong, satisfied, satiated. Jesus says in verse 11, the joy that I experience will fill your hearts with overflowing gladness.
John 15:12-14 (TPT) “So this is my command: Love each other deeply, as much as I have loved you. For the greatest love of all is a love that sacrifices all. And this great love is demonstrated when a person sacrifices his life for his friends. You show that you are my intimate friends when you obey all that I command you.”
Obey as a habit – oh Lord, help me to habitually obey in all areas – the easy and the hard – the places that are easy and the places that are hard with the people that are easy and the people that are hard.
G – There are no hard people just hard hearts – pray for hearts to be softened –
B – Yes Lord – in all those places Lord show me your way. I pray for soft, tender, pliable, open, exposed hearts Lord – help me see hearts Lord – help me pray first Lord – pray Lord for hearts – help me pray for hearts.
I am seeing a dear heart – hardened from years of being exposed and trodden – oh how heavy the footsteps and stomping Lord. I pray for this precious heart. Help me to show safety, love unconditional, help me to show the truth you want this precious one to see about friendship and relationship – help me to lay it all down and not pick it up. Help me to pray Lord, I pray for this precious heart. Lord, have your way in this heart. I pray for softening, untethering, unfolding, opening, lingering.
G – pray – pray – pray. Love and pray – hug and smile and laugh. Pray.
B – Yes Lord, your way.
G – pray.
John 15:17 (TPT) “So this is my parting command: Love one another deeply!”
John 15:26-27 (TPT) “And I will send you the Divine Encourager from the very presence of my Father. He will come to you, the Spirit of Truth, emanating from the Father, and he will speak to you about me. And you will tell everyone the truth about me, for you have walked with me from the start.”
My start was not the start.
My start was when I first knew you.
I judge and shame myself when I read “you have walked with me from the start” and yet the start is when Jesus arrived on the scene. Oh Lord – thank you for your truth – my start was the day I said “yes” to you and oh how good you have been. You have taken me in, tended to my heart and showed me truth – for real and for ever truth. Thank you. Thank you that my start with you matters more to you than any other day. That day was celebrated in the heavenlies and you forever wrapped me in your arms and chose to trust me with you – you came into my heart and you have never left me. Thank you, Lord. My start. Thank you, Lord.
