(and To God Be All the Glory)
This is the final excerpt from Loving and Faithful. The title for this conclusion in my manuscript came to me as a nudge from the Holy Spirit. Curious about this French phrase meaning farewell, I looked up the definition and imagine my surprise when I found the origin of the word means “To God”. And so I added the tag…and to God be all the glory!
I believe that my Daddy, God Almighty, orchestrated this time exactly now, for your very best. He asked me to transparently relay my heart, to lay it down, all of it, for His glory and you my friend are the promise. Daddy promised that nothing would be wasted. I asked him, begged him, not to waste any of it but to use it for his glory and for your good. I trusted Him and He is faithful. So I am thanking Daddy right now for His faithfulness, for using me as an instrument to show how deep, how far, how wide (Ephesians 3:18) is the love of my Daddy for me and for you.
You are precious to Him and He cares dearly for your heart. Enough that He would spare no expense. No cost was too great for the purpose of calling you back into relationship with Him. That is Daddy’s heart – His one true heart – love. Love for you and love for me – enough that He would orchestrate a bringing together of the two of us right now – for His joy. So my friend, “Be still and know that I AM GOD” and rest and enjoy the tender stirrings from the Creator of the Universe wooing you ever closer to Him. Yes Lord – your will be done and thank you Jesus for using me for your glory in a mighty and powerful way.
Ephesians 3:20 (TPT) Never doubt God’s mighty power to work in you and accomplish all this. He will achieve infinitely more than your greatest request, your most unbelievable dream, and exceed your wildest imagination! He will outdo them all, for his miraculous power constantly energizes you.
Psalm 25:10 (TPT) All the ways of the Lord are loving and faithful for those who follow the ways of his covenant.
