Gently Leading

Beth SageMay 3, 2024April 27, 2024

My heart needed some truth this morning. I started to write the things I know and Holy Spirit is in the midst as my friend and counselor. Guiding. Loving. Leading. Gently.

Hmmm.

Man is not my judge – God is

Humility breeds thankfulness

Help brings praise

Worry brings hope

Faith brings BIG GOD

Trouble brings testimony

Testimony brings healing

Healing brings freedom

Freedom brings power

Power brings promise

Promise brings hope

Hope brings trust

God (G) – Trust brings Me, into every place that isn’t lining up, and causes it to line up For My Glory – My character – Who I AM is important to me and I use you every day when you say Yes to exhibit Me to people that are hardened to me but Holy Spirit softens to you. You are easier to swallow but also easy to spit out and I like that because it shows me what I see on the inside – your Yes is my way in you and it is good! Your steadfast perseverance is your gift to me. It is faith – matured in the trenches.

Beth (B) – The places I feel like a failure, where I come up short, only you can see my heart and only you know my “real” feelings, desires, hopes, dreams and you are safe. It is enough for me. Help me in those places where it doesn’t “feel” that way to still remember I have I AM – BIG DADDY with a big heart full of love turned toward me. That is my hope – that is my joy – that is my praise. Thank you I AM for your peace and joy and hope and faith and grace and mercy and every moment of every day having the strength to choose your way – your thoughts, your promises, your truth and your Great I AM plan over my relatively puny idea, view, opinion. I am big when I AM and I are together – help me to stay with you Lord – under the covering of your wing – Psalm 91.

Isaiah 40:11

He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young.

This is your Daddy – my GOOD shepherd – always with me – carrying me – keeping me close. Gently leading those that have young – Lord I want to see and be in this – in every area.
